Return Policy

Refund Policies

  • Once the payment is successful and confirmed, no refund will be given for any reason unless the product is out of stock or damaged.
  • Each product is hand-made, and there may be some asymmetry, exposed threads, routing, a little glue residue, reverse hair, etc. These are default factory defects within the normal range and cannot be used as a reason for refunds or exchanges.
  • If the delivery date is delayed, no refund will be provided unless the delivery date promised by gelly felly is exceeded.
  • If the ordered products are out of stock or damaged, resulting in unsuccessful orders, a refund will be processed.

Return Policies

  • In order to facilitate the inspection of the goods and avoid unnecessary disputes, please make an appointment to pick up the goods at the self-pickup point in Causeway Bay as much as possible.
  • Please check the goods in person. If there are any damages (default factory defects are excluded), or the product information does not match the order, customers can cancel the transaction and request a refund.
  • Each product is hand-made, and there may be some asymmetry, exposed threads, routing, a little glue residue, reverse hair, etc. These are default factory defects within the normal range and cannot be used as a reason for refunds or exchanges.
  • In order to ensure the brand-new condition and quality of the goods, all goods will not be returned or exchanged when they are dispatched.
  • gelly felly will ensure the quality of the products before shipment, factory flaws are excluded. If the goods are damaged or lost during delivery, it is the responsibility of the courier, gelly felly will not be responsible. If you have fragile items or are worried about the damage of the goods, please choose to meet up in person. Customers who choose to mail the goods will bear their own risks.
  • Product damage, smearing, dyeing (such as self-modification), improper storage, and normal wear and tear of the product caused by the customer's personal reasons will not be returned.
  • Product quality problems caused by unauthorized repairs, misuse, negligence, abuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect installation, or tearing, altering labels, anti-counterfeiting marks, etc. will not be returned or replaced.
  • Commodities with gifts, combined sales products, gift packs, and products in sets cannot be partially returned.
  • The risk (the damage and loss of the products due to any reason) is borne by the customers for improper handling and return shipping process. gelly felly will not make any compensation or refund.
  • The delivery fees will be borne by the customers for all non-quality problems that require the return and exchange of products.
  • If the products received do not match the order information: customers must take a photo of the products and notify us. After we confirm, it can be sent by S.F. Express or make an appointment to go to the pick-up point in Causeway Bay for a return/exchange.
  • The paper tags may be squeezed and folded during the logistics process. No returns or refunds will be accepted due to creases on the tags.
  • Distributors may affix price tags or write prices on the paper tags. No requests for exchanges or refunds will be accepted due to the above conditions on the tags.


Exchange Policies

  • No reason will be accepted to exchange the product, once the payment is successful and the order has been confirmed.
  • Each product is hand-made, and there may be some asymmetry, exposed threads, routing, a little glue residue, reverse hair, etc. These are default factory defects within the normal range and cannot be used as a reason for refunds or exchanges.
  • When receiving the products, if the products are found damaged during face-to-face inspection, or the product information does not match, the transaction can be canceled and a refund can be made, or a replacement can be arranged within 3 days. After 3 days, we will not accept returns for any reason.
  • When returning or exchanging products, please be sure to return the intact original brand packaging boxes or bags, inner accessories, labels, manuals, etc., delivery notes, and delivery receipts (if there is an invoice or gift) together with the products. If the returned products lack the delivery notes, the delivery receipts, or the package is damaged/lost, even within the return period, we cannot handle it for you.
  • If the products received do not match the order information: customers must take a photo of the products and notify us. After we confirm, it can be sent by S.F. Express or make an appointment to go to the pick-up point in Causeway Bay for a return/exchange.

Keep the products together with all original packaging (such as cartons and accessories) intact and in new condition, and go to the Causeway Bay self-pickup point for exchange/return in person, or return the goods to the Causeway Bay self-pickup point by S.F. Express. Customers shall bear the shipping fee on their own.

Out-of-stock and Refunds when Returning or Exchanging Items

  • gelly felly will try our best to ensure the quality of the products. If it cannot be provided due to limited supply, gelly felly has the right to choose to refund.
  • For all refund/return policies, gelly felly has the right to modify the terms without prior notice, and has the right to refuse the transaction. If there is any disputes, gelly felly reserves the right to the final decision.
